Delta Air Lines donates support to the Georgia Research Alliance
The Georgia Research Alliance (GRA) is pleased to announce that Delta Air Lines has graciously made a donation to its organization.
By recruiting the brightest minds and helping to seed new products and companies, GRA is helping to build Georgia’s future economy. Not only are GRA’s efforts a benefit to the economy, but its programs are inspiring the next generation of inventors and entrepreneurs; building the reputation and capabilities of Georgia’s universities; and educating and training the workforce of the future.
Delta Air Lines believes they have a civic obligation to give back to the communities where the airline employees live, work and serve, and Delta is committed to giving back 1% of net income each year to the community. As part of this commitment, Delta Air Lines, The Delta Air Lines Foundation and Delta employees contribute time, energy and millions of dollars to a host of worthwhile causes to help make the world a better place.
