E-Care is pioneering recruitment software for the hiring of clinical research coordinators (CRC). Its software uses a Natural Language Processing (NLP) framework to interpret and organize applicant resumes by the degree of qualification.
A study conducted with 3,425 resumes annotated by domain experts showed that E-CARE’s NLP software can identify competence-level classification equal to or better than humans in accuracy.
Nationally, the CRC profession is projected to grow 10-14% between 2000 and 2026. In Georgia, the projected growth is 11%. Clinical research coordinators are important to the Georgia research workforce, and demand for more qualified candidates is increasing.
