Chris Clark

A Georgia native, Chris Clark has served as president and CEO of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce since 2010. For over a century, the Georgia Chamber has focused on advocacy for free enterprise; policy development; business and economic development; events and engagement opportunities; and providing numerous services to small businesses. Today, the Georgia Chamber represents over 50,000 members in 159 counties and works with 161 local and binational chambers every day.
Prior to joining the Georgia Chamber, Chris served as commissioner of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources; executive director of the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority; and as deputy commissioner for the Georgia Department of Economic Development, among other positions.
Chris received his bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and his master’s degree from Georgia College and State University. He and his wife, Tiffany, and their son, Christian, live in Peachtree City and attend Dogwood Church.
