Elizabeth (Beth) Chandler

Elizabeth (Beth) Chandler is vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Rollins, Inc., where she oversees the legal department as well as the risk and audit groups. She also serves on the company’s Executive Steering Committee.

Before joining Rollins, Chandler served as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Asbury Automotive Group from 2009 to 2012. Previously, she was city attorney of Atlanta, a post to which Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin appointed her in 2006. 

Chandler served as VP and assistant general counsel at Mirant Corporation from 2000 to 2006 as part of its spinoff from The Southern Company. She was also a partner at Troutman Sanders (now Troutman Pepper) until 2000, where she was part of the corporate and transactions team.

She is also a member of the board of the Atlanta Beltline Partnership, Inc. and the Bobby Jones Golf Course Foundation.

Chandler earned a B.B.A. degree and a J.D. degree from the University of Georgia, where she also served on the Board of Visitors for the university’s law school.
