Bird Blitch
Co-founder and Partner, Ogeechee Ventures
Bird Blitch is an entrepreneur and investor with a focus on building and supporting mission-driven organizations. He is the founder of Ogeechee Ventures, a private investment firm that partners with companies and organizations across healthcare services, financial technology, outdoor recreation and community-oriented businesses.
Bird serves on the Real Estate Committee of the Georgia Tech Foundation and is actively involved in advancing Georgia Tech’s long-term institutional priorities. He also serves on the Wellstar Foundation Board (which he previously chaired), supporting initiatives focused on expanded access to care, workforce development and improving health outcomes across the communities Wellstar serves.
Earlier in his career, Bird founded and led Patientco, a healthcare payments platform that partnered with leading health systems nationwide to redefine the patient financial engagement. He is a Georgia Tech graduate and remains deeply engaged in entrepreneurship, philanthropy and community development.
