Jack Draughon has over 20 years of experience successfully investing in and leading healthcare companies. His tenure includes founding and/or leading two of the fastest-growing organizations in the hospice industry: Sacred Journey Hospice and Family Hospice. He currently serves on the board of Family Hospice.
Early in his career, Jack worked in corporate finance for 13 years. He co-founded Halcyon Healthcare in 2010 and served as its chief development officer for five years. He had a successful exit from Halcyon with a 2015 acquisition from LHC Group. In 2016, he was named president of Sacred Journey Hospice, which he grew into one of Georgia's largest providers of hospice care.
Jack earned his BBA degree in business at the University of Georgia, graduating summa cum laude from the Honors Program. He remains active in YPO, a global leadership community of more than 38,000 members in 150 countries, and chaired membership for YPO in Georgia.
